We can confirm that thirteen teams will compete in our senior league in the season starting September 2019 at the Cardiff City House of Sport.

The returning teams are, Black Magic, Cwmbran Scorpions, Cardiff Honey Badgers, Gowerton Gamblers, Swansea Cobras, Proline Panthers, Llanishen Hawks, Paignton Dragons, Swindon Mighty Pucks and Llantwit Lions.

Joining the ten returning teams are newcomers Gwent Goblins and Severn Boars. Panthers will be entering a second side that is currently un-named.

Teams will play each other twice giving teams a total of 24 games. Over 18 weeks, 156  games will be played finishing in May 2020. For the first tiwme Sunday games will be on the schedule due to the number of games and dates available.
